This application is designed for intermediate learners of English as second language (ESL). It contains 20 English writing practice tests in the form of filling the gaps in a given passage.
In each test, you will be given one passage with 20 blank gaps inside it. You are required to fill in each gap with only one suitable word. There could possibly be more than one word which matches the gap but you are requested to use one word only.
You earn 5 points for each correct answer. There is no penalty for wrong answer. After you finish, your score will be reported (over maximum 100 points) and you will have chance to review your correct and wrong answer.
There is no time limit but you are encourage to complete each test in around 10 minutes.
